if you really want to get rid of them then don't complain and drink water, also if the spots keep appearing on your face then maybe you should switch concealers it may be what is causing the problems. if it doesn't go away go see a dermatologist. it is most likely due to sun exposure.AGHH! I`m afraid it`s all part of growing old honey. I remember when i was a teenager %26amp; suffered the same, the advice i had then was too eat a good diet of fresh fruit %26amp; veg, drink plenty, water if you can but suger free squash is ok,dont smoke %26amp; avoid alcohol. Also get a good nights sleep. Did i listen? Did i hell so i too had zits. I`m 50 now %26amp; my skin is perfect. So you`ll just have to wait, but enjoy the years !!!
i know i am a teenager too! i hate it when people keep saying drink water and use all this stupid stuff beacuse it just does not work ! i get the odd spot every day and my secrut to keep them down is

# always wash make-up off before you go to bed and the morning.

# eat healthy

# try and dink lots

# keep your face clean and grease free

# when the spots are really bad wear make-up

# don't pick 'em

# i say squeeeze those white heads as when i do it make them go quicker

# try and not worry about it too much

# and drinking apple juice is bad as it is full of acid this will bring you up in spots

# do not eat junk, foods which are full of grease and acids same with drink.

# live life to the full .

# carry on

e-mail me if you have any more probs , cherrio . tutyfruity ...x
get a good cleanser... one with salicylic acid... works great!!!
I used to have this problem.

Before you begin, defrost one package of frozen strawberries.

1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of flour.

2. Crack one egg. Beat thoroughly.

3. Add the strawberies, and 1/4 cup of ketchup.

4. Next, pour in one can of chicken broth. Then fill the empty can with water and add that too.

5. Add a pinch of salt and blend well.

6. Massage one handful at a time onto your spots. Repeat as needed. Good luck!
u should use something to control the spots. Start using neutrogena or clearasil to dry up the spots
Water water water! Get it drunk! I used to hate water too, but you eventually get used to it. As a teenager, you may grow out of your spots. Until then, invest in some Benzoyle Peroxide cream (I use oxy on the spot, its fantastic and you can get it at a chemist.) Don't use any higher concentration than 2.5% else you may find your skin gets irritated.

Each time you wash your face, morning and night, dab dry with a clean towel and then when your face is dry, apply the BP cream onto affected areas. Use a small amount to start with as your skin will have to get used to the cream. Gradually work your way up to a full finger full of cream over the following weeks. You have to be disciplined and do this every day to clear up. Go to acne.org to see this method in full and read the success stories!

I used it and now I am totally clear of spots!

xx
Ah!
first of all try not to wear concealer every day cos that would make them worse. second of all you could try clean and clear cleansing wipes, they work for me. third of all you need to drink plenty of water just put some blackcurrant or orange squash to it. try not to stress about it either all teenagers get them and if anyone takes the mick bout it just tell them politley to beep off. lol, you could also go to ur local chemist and ask thier advice but dont let them get you down
Abbie try dermalogica, dermal clay as a face wash then multi active toner and then active moist oil free moisturiser. It is expensive but brillinat. Get as much fresh air and water as possible and try not to wear make up as much as possible. I would never recommend sun beds but natural sun light helps( wear oil free sun screen) Try to relax as much as possible, as this really helps. Use a good face mask a few days before your period is due and good luck. Diet is key, it really helps.
Go to lour local beauty salon and have a facial every 28 days

Buy a decent cleanser, toner, exfloliator, face mask %26amp; moisturiser. I recommend dermalogica.

Exfoliate your face no more than twice a week

put on a face mask once a week. (at first u may find this brings out more spots but this is becuase its getting rid of all the dirt out of your pores) but if u do this regularly it means u wont have any dirt in your pores so your skin will stay clear.

Another thing is to goto selfridges in the beauty section they have a spot reducing cream %26amp; over night u will see that they really have reduced. u can ask for a sample so u can try it yourself before u buy it.
Drink more water, and don't use conceler ever day.

Buy some spot cream of some sort.

Other good methods are:

Tea tree Oil and Sudocream
Ok, firstly dont wear concealer at all until all your spots heal up. It clogs pores and actually gives you spots! Get into a skin regime, exfoliate your skin gently, and use a toner daily. Something like Clearasil is good. If you don't like the tast of water try flavoured water or squash, its mostly water. Also, make sure you get enough sleep and are eating helathily and a balanced diet. Hope this helps xxxx
Pimples usually start when the increase in hormones running through your body causes your skin to produce more oil than when you were a kid.

As a start, you should use ';noncomedogenic'; (won't clog pores or cause blackheads) or ';nonacnegenic'; (won't cause pimples) cosmetics and suntan lotions.

Exercising regularly can also help reduce stress and it increases blood circulation and oxygen penetration to the skin, which may help with spots prevention.

Avoid hot, humid environments such as poorly ventilated kitchens, gyms, or tropical climates and stay away as much as possible from cooking grease or machine oil that can contribute to blackheads and clogged pores.

Sweat combines with skin oils to trap dirt and bacteria in your pores, causing blackheads and pimples, so it's important to shower as soon as possible after you work out or sweat profusely.

Clean cosmetic brushes regularly in soapy water and throw out old, contaminated makeup.

Cucumber is being used for skin care all over the world. Either sliced or grated, when applied over the affected areas for fifteen to twenty minutes it has good results. Its regular use removes pimples and blackheads. Cucmber products are also available in the market as Cucumber creams and Cucumber lotions.

Mint juice can also be used in a similar manner for treating pimples or blackheads. Mint herb may be grinded to form a mask which is than applied for twenty minutes.

It is a very cheap cooking ingredient that most people have in their kitchens. This can be used as a great scrub to exfoliate the skin, thus removing dead skin that can eventually clog pores.
