When i go on holiday to somewhere hot and sunny i always seem to break out in little spots. I never get spots normally.
It's almost like a rash of little bumps and white heads under my skin.
Does anyone know what these are and how i might stop them, other than using a facial scrub or astringent every day, which surely cant be good for my skin?Spots in hot weather..?
Their just heat lumps. Nothing to worry about every one gets them, the best thing you can do is try and keep cool on holiday or in hot places :) I always get them when i go away.
