i had a few spots,, soo i went and bought some oil free spot wash,, and its made me have more spots.
it said that it tackles the 3 majour causes of spots.
but ive just got even more spots!! %26gt;=[

Skin produces more oil when it is striped of its natual barrier, using a cleanser that is too drying can cause more trouble. Cleanse the area at night followed by a toner and in the morning use water and a toner and follow with an oil free moisturiser. It need not be expensive. Also check your haircare products and make sure you rinses off your face and body.MORE SPOTS THAN WHEN i STARTED!!?
That sucksss. It could just be hormonal, or you could have bought some crappy spot wash.
Invest in something stronger, it'll be worth it. Try not to touch your face and keep up to fluids!!!
