Seems like mild irritation. Use Cetaphil soap and moisturizer everyday and it should go away by then. Hope this helps:)

SPOTS LIKE NO OTHERS???
well i was at a party and we were doing make-overs, i never wear foundation but my friend put soooo much on me and now ive come up in loads of middle sized red spots and they wont go ! i need them gone by tomorrow as i have the school disco, thankyou so much and please just help and give me some remedies and stuff ,
