it might be black heads which are black dots .this causes because when you sweat you start to collect tiny particles( in side your pores ) of dirt and they start to collect untill it gets full of dirt and then you see tiny black spots. you can get rid of these spots when you go to a store for instance walmart and go to the place where there is makeup and shampoo and look around there to find black heads removere it should be in a box .Spots on my nose! Help?
put toothpaste all over ur nose and leave for ten minutes (the longer the better so try overnight) repeat for 2-3 days and the spots shud go

get a plaster and put honey on it and the spot. stick the plaster over the spot leave it over ngiht.
See a dermatologist.
