You need to go to a beauticians for a consultation and see what type of skin you have and what facial they wud recomend. If you wana get rid of spots you need to get one that involves extractions to get rid of 'dirt' and buildup under skin. Sonetimes this can bring the 'dirt' closer to surface so u may get more spots in the days after. But your skin will look fresher and brighter.
