Superdrug have a tea tree range which is inexpensive and works. Their 'spot-stick' in particular is excellent.

You know when one of these spots is arriving because they hurt! Dab the area with the 'spot-stick' every half hour or so and it will dry the area.

Surgical spirit works as well but doesn't smell to great and it is awkward to carry around all day.

But from what you are saying, I am not so sure that this is the common-or-garden ZIT! It might be a good idea to see the practice nurse at your GP's the next time that you get one.
Drink plenty of water

Eat a good diet with lots of vitamin C (from fresh fruit and veg)

Wash your face with an exfoliating scrub such as clean and clear.

Clearisil ultra cleansing pads can sort out your skin if you use them twice a day.

It works for me, good luck.
The following will cost you around 拢10-拢12:

All teatree items are superdrug brand.

Teatree facial scrub- With walnut shell to get rid of dirt and oil. (Once a week)

Teatree facial wash (Non-foaming)

Teatree Cleanser/Toner (Apply it with cotton wool/pads)

Any oil free moisturiser. I would recommend:

Boots brand clear skin oil free moisturiser. You won't find it on the website, so you will have to check in store.

When you don't need to use the scrub, use the face wash.

Hope this helps.

If you need to look it up at superdrug:

You write like a lazy teenager, cannot be bothered to spell, if you are then you are getting Acne, which is the curse of most teenagers, go to the doc ,maybe get yourself somthing cheap and effective from the chemisit, also VERY !!!! Important ,use your own towel ALWAYS. Teenager or not.
you need to learn to spell...then re-post your question for some good answers.....better spelling insures better answers.
It's different for everyone - experiment until you find the brand that works for you. Make sure you have a daily routine you can stick to, even if it's just soap and water.

Also drink lots of water!
forget spending a fortune on expensive stuff, try sudo cream. it really does work!!!
use fade out cream
i use sudo crem when i have spots and it always works its a cream for babys nappy rash so its quite cheap and also savlon cream u could proberly get it from your local chemist for under 拢2 hope your spots clear up
pop it with a pin, squeeze it. wash your face. Put savlon on it. Leave it and watch it during the day. Added goo sometimes emerges. so just wipe it and put more savlon on it. The main reason spots happen is moisture, cause moisture picks up the germs easily, so make sure you dry your face well and in future, the areas that are prone to an alien encounter.

sterilise the pin with boiling water by the way.
Hi

I have had problems with severe Acne all of my adult life and I am now nearly sixty and still get them :(.

The best method of control I have found is 50mg of Minocycline twice a day. This is prescribed by my doctor and has kept the spots at bay very successfully for about forty years.

My wife also had Acne when she was younger and she had a course of Roaccutane. This is supposed to permanently clear the problem in a majority of cases and in her case it did. The side effects can be quite unpleasant, however, and that is why I have not tried it.

Best advice: consult your doctor or a dermatologist. There are some really good treatments available now. I wish they had been when I was a teenager!
