I have these spots on my arms some of them are red and some are white inside but I dont know how to get rid of them
Can anyone tell me how to pleaseeHelp with these spots please!!??
It sounds like pimples, which happen when body oils and bacteria get blocked in your pores. To clear it up, get a washcloth, loofah sponge, shower glove, or some other type of scrubby tool and use a body scrub in the shower. Just don't scrub too roughly because you only want to remove the uppermost layer of dead skin cells along with the bacteria and oils/dirt. I would use it maybe twice per week and you should see an improvement within a week or two as the pimples heal.
