What are those rough spots right below you lower lip if you stiffen it up? (by bringing your lower lip in and stiffening it up) it is exactly under the lower lip and right above the chinThose rough spots?
I don't have that. Maybe you should try a moisturizer. I have Neutrogena and it works great! :)
