Spots.. zits!! plz help..?

Ok i have seriously tryed everything on the market!! Can anyone from the experiance of ance tell me a solution or what ever that actually works??





Please i really want rid of them ive had them over a year now, please help!

the st.ives apricot scrub works well and also if you use 3/4 a cup of brown sugar and a cup of milk and mix it and scrub your face with it..i think thats the right measurements it might not be...but it should be like grainy and not liquidy..it should be like honey with grains...it works wellSpots.. zits!! plz help..?
