Is there any way to get rid of those white spots you get on your nails when they get damaged. I seem to have them all the time. Is there anyway to fade them or make them heal a little faster?White nail spots!? UGH?
Don't paint your nails for a while,
you need to let them breathe and grow. Very Important.
Other than that just try to be gentle with your nails,
especially if they are thin.

Nail poilsh is the only answer til u grow them out mine just went away
