shuld i put foundation on them?! also is it wise to squeeze them??!!How to cover spots!!?
never squeeze them but if you must..make sure they have a proper ready to squeeze head on them (clean tissue to squeeze with as well)


I have to say the old remedy about toothpaste really does the trick-if you dab tiny bit on befoer bed and leave it overnight it really dries out the spot and lessens the redness.


To cover dab a concealor on the spot and then powder too-this tends to keep the concealor at bay.

DON'T SQUEEZE THEM!!!!!


It just makes them red and annoying. Plus it hurts. the only time when squeezing is okay is if there is the little bubbly thing on top. But be careful, and wash your hands before so that you don't get an infection.


Do not put foundation on them. It will just clog your pores and give you more zits. You should use a concealer that includes acne medication, like Maybelline Pure Concealer.

Mix foundation and moisturiser together and use this all over your face as a base, next, a concealer to disguise the acne (if they are red, get a green tinted concealer) next a layer of translucent powder to make your make-up last. Also, you can apply acne treatments to your acne before you apply make-up.

Dont put foundation straight onto them, it will go crusty. Cover with some liquid concealer and then when thats dry cover lightly with your usualy foundation! x
only squeeze if your prepared for scars small but forever


use clearisil and dont be afraid to show up with spots, all girls get them, JUST DONT TOUCH THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!!!
