i was wondering, do spots get bigger before they dissapear? i was prescripted zineryt 2 days ago and ive used it well. ive had lots of little spots on my nose that looked like scars and since using it those spots have come out and most have puss on top, like loads of others that just looked like scars. does that mean theyre going?Do spots get bigger when...?
When a spot develops a white head, that means it is on the way to going so yes that is a good sign. Doesn't sound like a big deal though don't worry.

that happened to me and my doctor said that you should wash your hands before you use spot cream as well as afterwards
