I find that Ayrtons antiseptic cream will clear my spots in about 2 days. It has never stopped working for me, unlike some other products that stopped after a while It is mostly zinc oxide which helps stop acne. It is cheap tooDoes savolon help pimples/spots?

Yes Savlon does help pimples/spots because it is an antiseptic that will prevent any/further infection to the pimple/spot. Although Savlon is good, TCP is much better because it dries the spot out and gets rid of it fast.
