DONT USE CLEARISIL IT STRIPS SKIN OF NATURAL OIL THAT IT NEEDS use only natural productsSpots on my back?
Use pure witch hazel which you can buy from shops such as Boots but also supermarkets like Asda now sell it. Just use a cotton pad with witch hazel on it and get someone to apply it to your back. Do this regularly and after the first couple of times you should see a difference. The witch hazel drys all of the excess oil and grease out from your spots which helps prevent new ones from forming and also clears up ones that are already there. Another thing that seems to help a little is because summer's here, sunbathe on your front so the sun helps to dry out you spots. A mixture of all this and you should see a real difference soon (:
Its ok, i know its embarrassing and you just want help, i grew up having it too, i went to the derma and they gave me Differin cream and you only apply it at night and its just a light cream, it cleared up the acne and faded the scars too. I STILL used it to this day because i dont want any coming back and i still get an occasional on my shoulder.

Its like from diffrent factors, but truthfully i think i get it on my shoulders like from excess oil like from hair, or mousse or product cloggin pores, and sweat and stuff, so make sure to rise it well like someone said earlier, and keep it dry and clean, it needs to dry out and not be oily thats why natural soap may help too.

but that plus the antibiotics gives the one two punch! hopefully it will help!!
I have the same problem, although at the moment its much better.

Sounds like you've already visited the doctor for this. You could try asking for some creams to use as WELL as the antib's, but i find these help:

Sleep in a strappy top, not one that covers your back. Change the top you sleep in every few nights.

Get AS MUCH SUN AS POSSIBLE ON YOUR BACK. The UV in sun kills bacteria and makes your ';bacne'; much better - works for me!

Also, when you wash your hair, try not to get conditioner on your back, and spray your back with the shower attachment when you're done doing your hair :)

Hope these help - i feel your pain! xxx
I have a few spots on my back and i put suducream on before i go to bed!

It really works!

Wash your back to though!
Things to do to help pimples, blackhead %26amp; the such....

1.) Don鈥檛 ever pick/pop them... If you must pop them wait till they have a head and use cotton balls. Popping causes the oil %26amp; bacteria to go to near by spots and cause more pimples

2.) Wash your back twice a day. Morning and before you get to bed.

3.) If you do any physical activities like working oudoors or the gym take a shower right after. Its the dirt that is clogging his pores causing these pimples.

4.) Get a natural soap that contains Tea Tree EO. I get mine at:

Tea Tree EO kills all the nasty bacterias that causes pimples. A plus this soap doesn鈥檛 smell girly. Smells like peppermint and cools the skin.

5.) Also get an astringent. But use it only every other day because you do not want to send the oil producing pores into overdrive. If you can't apply it yourself ask your mom.

6.) Sometimes a little sun can help. I'm not saying go out and sit there for hours %26amp; get burned. But sometimes just exsposing your skin to the sun for 20 minutes will help

7.) Wash %26amp; condition your hair bent over so the shampoo %26amp; conditioners fall straight off your hair and not run down your back.

8.) Continue to take the medicine the docotr prescibed for you

If you follow these things for a few weeks your skin will look great.
