the easy ways are but a dab of tooth paste on them before bed or wash u r face all the time or try clearisil!Spots are ewwwww?

You can put some Tree Tree Oil, which is avaliable at shops or your local chemist. Also, you could try putting some tooth paste on them, As I heard it dries it out... But make your you wash it off afterwards

Go and use a tan bed known by many as a sun shower, the raise from the light dries out your skin! I do this once a month when im due on and it seems to help reduce them to a lil blemish if that
