defiantly not i tried it it makes them worse the only thing i think works is contact lenses solution not the all in one stuff but the stuff with benzol peroxide in just poor it on you spot then push in with some cotton wool and it will turn white and go away in about 10 Min's or so (i don't know how long i dint time it !)E45 and spots PLEASE help?
I don't think it does as it is used for dry skin!
It would probably just add more oil to the spot!
