Whats the best way to deal with spots?I

I see lots of Polish people around and I was told that Polish creams are the best in the world though they are not very well known (is this true...) anyway the Polish people I see all seem to have really good skin very clear and no colour marks on their skin. so perfect Lucky them :) !Whats the best way to deal with spots?I

if it was from acne then use a fading peel. clean and clear has a good one over the counter. for regular random spots though, i do not know.
