I have these strange brown spots on my face, if i try to remove, it draws blood..wt r they nd hw cn i remove?

they arent moles and ive had them for ages nowI have these strange brown spots on my face, if i try to remove, it draws blood..wt r they nd hw cn i remove?
They are probably melasma i.e pigmententation, don,t touch it, there is little that can be done about it except use a high spf sunscreen on the spots and Dermablend concealer to cover them. Don.t have laser treatment as if this is melasma laser has been known to worsen the problem. But before you consider any of these options don.t touch them and go to your doctor for his advice.I have these strange brown spots on my face, if i try to remove, it draws blood..wt r they nd hw cn i remove?
maybe you have pigmentation problems with your skin.please leave well alone and consult your doctor who will probably refer you to a dermatologist who will determine the problem and be able to treat you for it.dont worry as most problems like this can be sorted out.

best wishes janey x
They are probably black heads. Try using Nivea deep pore cleanser. It works very well, while keeping your face soft and it's also not harsh. Use it for about 3-4 weeks then you'll get results. Finnish off with Nivea deep pore moisturiser. If results aren't shown you might need to go see a doctor as this can be a cancerous mole.
I think you might have a skin problem or there birthmarks, the only way you can remove them is prob go to a doctor.
Please DON'T try to remove them, see the doc. Really, don't mess around. Your skin is the largest organ of your body and it is your protection from the environment, would you push a hole in your tyre on purpose?? silly person
Definitely go see your doctor
Don't touch them until you have consulted a doctor. It could be something really simple and easy to fix but on the other hand it might be a little more complex and you don't want to make it worse. I hope everything is fine but get into the doctors, yesterday :)
