Spots around hairline and forhead...?

can anyone recommend a facial wash that actually works - price not a problem...Spots around hairline and forhead...?
ok so i used to suffer with the little bumps around the hairline now i use johnsons daily exfoliating facial wash and they seem to have gone xx if not then my sister swears by neutroginaSpots around hairline and forhead...?
st ives scrub is good and so is TCP ( which is available from any drug store or chemist ) its not too expensive depending on the size of the bottle dab some on a cotton pad/ball and then dab on spots before going to sleep then wash your face in the morning as usual and the spots should clear up very soon hope this helped xxx
Products by Cetaphil are good.
Anything with a spot-fighting ingredient will help, such as teat tree oil, witchhazel or something like that. I like Dermalogica's anti-bac skin wash though, I think it has salicylic acid in it. BTW, spots around the hairline are often a result of the products you put on your hair so if you do that it would help as well to be extra careful not to get any on your face
