Spots? girls?

Is it me or do you get spots mostly when your about to get your period? mines always just before then after my skin looks better then same again next month lol.....its annoying? but is it true?Spots? girls?
this vaires widely with the person! while it is true that some people do in fact break out around the time they get their period it is not the case for most fact of the matter is usually right before you get your period you start needing to eat like chocolate or greasy foods or whatever you crave and that can cause a break out or stress can cause you to break out as a result of pms but if this does on fact happen to you try to change the way you handle stress and see if any thing changes it might be a diet change that could fix this as wellSpots? girls?
The hormone levels in your body fluctuate as you get your period... It can cause breakouts and acne.. Some girls get it before so that's like a kind of sign that it's comming. It can suck.. but as with all acne, the best suggestion can be to keep your face clean, and try to deal with it unfortunately. Trust me, you are NOT alone on that one!

k i have a questionf or u cuz i get red spots and they itch soooo bad and i've noticed that too, everytime im on my period, i break out so are they red, and kinda bumpy and itchy? almost like hives?
i think to some girls its normal.
