and cover the scar with conceler because i'd rather have a scar than walk around like as if i have a red smartie stuck to my forehead?

i think its better to let it go away on its own. Would you rather temporarily deal wth a red smartie or permanently deal with the scar that stays behind? Unfortunately i made that mistake when I was younger and I am left with permanent scars that I constantly have to cover. Just be patient and let it go away on its own. If it thats bad you should consult your doctor for some prescription treatments.Spots please answer :D?
Have you tried toothpaste? Make sure it has Triclosan in it! Also, try Preparation H, it helps with swelling and redness. I know these sound weird, but it would be better than cutting your skin and maybe getting a permanent scar!

DO NOT TAKE IT OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it will scar and its not easy to cover up scars plus it will just irritate it and make bigger ones around it and will bleed and it will heal faster than if you cut it off.
DON'T CUT IT OFF!!!! that would cause more griff! talk to your doctor and ask what is out there for pimples...okay? hope I helped!
