Spots Spots & More Spots?

I cant help but pick them.

Does anyone know of any home remedies to give me perfect clear skin and take the scars away?

Stop worrying about the spots you'll be better off when you get a bit older and you have gorgeous skin. Your brain finishes growing at 28 and so do the spots. Your hormones and diet can affect your skin. Stop eating sugary things. Wash your hands. Keep your hands away from your face. Clean your face with a clean warm wash cloth a couple of times per day. There is medication available to clear up acne. Your face may heal.Spots Spots %26amp; More Spots?
If you wear a lot of make-up, stop wearing it! It's like clogging up your skin with gunk which makes spots. Try going without for a fortnight and you should notice the difference.

If however, you wear none, my apologies. I'd advise drinking more water and eating more fruit and veg and washing your face with only a little soap and a flannel. That should sort of help ease the dirt out of your pores. Put moisturising stuff on 15 minutes after you've washed your face or else, again, you'd be clogging up your newly washed pores. Hope this helps.
Hiya, I'm not sure how you can clear the skin up. But if it won't go away after using lots of washes and gels you could always go to the doctor. Even if they aren't very bad they can always give you something to clear it up.

The Scars - My boyfriend has just finished his acne treatment (roaccutaine) and has been left with lovely clear skin but has got quite a lot of scars. He's been using ';bio oil';, which you can buy pretty much anywhere, and they scars have been fading quite quickly. It works for stretch marks too! :)
hello there!

Firstly for things such as scarring N07 do a really great glycollic peel...the % is very low in acid. using it twice a week for 4 weeks will really help. It actually takes away a thicker layer of skin cells more so than an exfoliator shhowing the newer, fresher skin underneath.hope this helps. p.s also using a gud moisturiser helps control the amount of excess oils on the skin. just use a day fluid thats water based, as even the most oily, blemish prone skin suffers from dehydration.

stop picking them

use something like Nivea kao biore - these patches are designed to get the spots out without leaving scars.

once you have scars on your face, you can only try to cover them.

the skin is so delicate that you can try to scrub them of with a peeling, but it won't help much.
coco butterr is googd for stuff like strecth marks so it may be good for scars as for gettin rid of them u can get som really goood face products i use jhonsons there good just cleanse tone scrub and moisturise daily drink plenty of water an get vitamins this should help. xxx
You could try going to the doctors they might give you some cream or tablets to have.

I am 13 and have spots at the moment, they are very irritating!

If the doctors dont give you anything try bio-oil which gets rid of scars and such like.

xo
