How long after my ear piercings have closed do I have to wait to re-pierce the same spot?

i have had 23 piercings and anytime you go thought scar tissue it is more painful then the original piercing. if you go thought the exact same spot there is a chance of scar tissue build up and keloid scars increases. if i were you i would not have them done in the exact same spot but you do not have to Waite. the amount of time it will take you ears to heal depends on how long they were pierced for in the first place. if it was for a shot amount of time (less than the time it takes them to heal 6-8 weeks) from your original pricing i might only take weeks after you took them out 6-8 weeks but a few of my piercings i have had for years and they will never completely close but others i have had in the past and only kept in for a few months, both body and ears took about 4-6 months to completely close. the best advice i can give is to have them done at a professional tattoo shop, they will use a hypodermic needle and this will reduce your scar tissue and it is way safer than using a gun and way more sterile. if you do scar really bad don't have them done in the exact sane spot just move them over a little bit, no one will know but you. if you do not scar bad i wouldn't worry about it too much. How long after my ear piercings have closed do I have to wait to re-pierce the same spot?
