It's possible that it's alopecia.

Hi Mg, . I have the same problem but never worried about it. This is likely a heridary although both my dad and grandfather had full beards


It has been a boon on saving Shavers though. The funny thing is they went bald at an early age but I still have a 80% of my hair at 56.

Shave it all off, you would look good with a change and you will feel fresh and so much more comfortable in yourself than having bald spots, recon you would look weird?? Shave your head off as well, you know you want a change, go for it cause it will grow back anyway
