How to use honey for spot treatment?

I have heard from a lot of people that honey works very well for the treatment of acne spots.





Is this true? Have you tried honey? If so, how do you apply it? Should I cover it with a band-aid? How long should I leave it on?





How much will it help? Does it help prevent, or just diminish?





Any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated.

I've never heard of people using honey.


But I have heard of people using egg whites.


You just rub it over your face and wait a bit, then I think once it dries, you wash it off.


You continue to do this until the acne is gone.
