Spots, spots and MORE SPOTS????!!!?

I'm trying to get rid of spots. I think their like acne pimples or white heads something. Im a teen. Anyone know any quick ways of getting rid of them? - its annoying after a while.

I've tried ';freederm'; cream/gel and constantly using face exfoliating washes.Spots, spots and MORE SPOTS????!!!?
Here are some tips:

Of course there doesn't seem to be a magic remedy as many people still obviously have acne and the techniques people suggest will not work for everyone. There are commercial products that will promise stuff but sometimes the best thing to do is just keep your skin clean, exfoliate and try to deal with it the best that you can. If you think it begins to hurt your self esteem or image then I suggest using cover up and make up, because the reality is you can either accept it and deal with the remarks or treat it and try to get rid of it or hide it for the next few years (which is how long it lasts for most people).

If you read the article I posted it covers everything from the general products to hygenic routines like changing your pillow case to taking the right vitamins in your diet. There are alot of ways to deal with it and I hope you don't let it get the best of you, Goodluck.Spots, spots and MORE SPOTS????!!!?
My suggestion for you would be to try Derma Cleanse Acne Gel for a quick cure of acne and its symptoms. It's better than acne creams with benzoyl peroxide as it contains salicylic acid which works better, has no side effects and suits any skin type. The other ingredients of this gel are organic botanical extracts which are known for providing relief from skin problems and help to maintain a clean and clear complexion.

The benefits of using this gel is that it not only clears spots quickly but also prevents spots by keeping the pores clean of impurities, it also reduces the redness and swelling that often spots come with. Another advantage is that it doesn't dry the skin out while curing acne but removes acne while keeping the skin lightly moisturized. Try this acne gel, it would surely work wonders for your skin in a few days.

You should also remember to drink lots of water, so that the toxins in your body are flushed out as they are also a major factor for spots and breakouts.
Hey There,

You should drink HEAPS of water and eat good food. Be sure not to over exfoliate your skin as it drys and produces more oil. Instead go for a cleanser with Salicylic Acid (don't worry it is OK). Nutragena has it or if you want to spend a little more then IS Clinical is really good.

Good luck with this and know that we all have been there and it does not change who you are!

Cheers
People will most likely suggest creams and things you could use, but they don't always work...

i had the same problem a creams didn't work.

Try a mud mask and see what that's like,

or go see your doctor, and they can give you something, which is pretty good stuff.
Go to a dermatologist and get the right cream for your skin type, expensive but worth it, if you simply choose yourself you run the risk of drying out or greasing up your skin and doing lasting damage.
if they are quite big, try a bit of toothpaste on them, it helps to reduce the swelling :)
Clear-O-Cell. It works for me ! :)
