There is a grease spot in my bangs and does not start at the scalp but it is sticky, why?

its cuz u have oily hair, (been there had thta =[) well wat i did is stopped using conditioner at the top of my head and with shampoo i lathered, rinse and REPEAT, it takes all the sticky stuff(oil) away =]]
if you play with your hair a lot your fingers and hands can make your hair greasy. :)
