i always say to myself im not going to pick my spots..next thing you know ive picked it and regret it! coz it looks worse then it did before i picked it can anyone give me tips on to stop doing this or is it will power? lolTo stop pickin spots!?
i used to do that too. don't let yourself get close enough to a mirror so you can see what you are doing. ask your parents to remind you not to pick. my moms CONSTANT nagging made me want to stop picking. it helps. just don't stay in the bathroom long enough to pick.To stop pickin spots!?
No tips on how to stop, but after you've picked try putting on some Neosporin to decrease scarring.
you have just answer your question you say it look worst when you pick it so just stop.
It might be a compulsive behavior that you have. You will have to really will yourself to not do it.
Totally will power. But to help get rid of them without picking use a toner. I use clearasil it smells nice and works. Try and force yourself out of this habit though cause it's really bad and can only make the problem worse.
