After crossing your legs do you get a warm red spot on your calf and knee?

cause i always cross my legs and i always get that spot, and i usually get asked about it, and dont know how to answer to it? and is there any way to not get the spot while still being able to cross my legs? After crossing your legs do you get a warm red spot on your calf and knee?
Yes, I do. And No, there is no way to not get the spot and still be able to cross your legs. After crossing your legs do you get a warm red spot on your calf and knee?
yes i get that, its normal. if you want to prevent it from getting red maybe you can put a thin piece of cloth on your other leg before you cross it.
Yes and it's normal. It's from the pressure from your knee on your calf. To avoid the spot, the only thing you can do is not sit like this for too long:) and it also depends on how much pressure you put, I usually only get it if I sit like this for too long and maybe if I have something heavy on my lap.

You may get red more easily because of sensitive skin.

I don't think you should worry about it (or the people who ask), but if it gets painful or you think it's too easily red it may have soomething to do with blood circulation and can ask a doctor. But I suspect they would tell you the same- that it's normal!
just ignore it say u hav got a hurt and so ......... and so,..........
Its just a concentration of blood in the one spot because of the pressure. Its kinda like a bruise, but it goes away shortly after the pressure is released.
I do too. It is normal.

I am trying to get out of the habit.

It is unhealthy to cross your legs.

Stops the circulation.

Bad habits are hard to die.
yes you get a red spot
The answer is Yes, and this is an inherant factor from ceasing blood flow while maintaining this relaxed position. I don't think a mouse pad would help sandwiched in between the leg and knee. When you get asked about it, tell them you have a rare condition and you're selling it to science for half a million. They can go away and find their own spots.
